How do I replace the battery in my Anne Klein Watch?

Typically, watch batteries last 1-2 years, depending on usage. To replace the battery, we recommend contacting an Authorized Anne Klein Service Center or a qualified jeweler/watchmaker. Please note that batteries are not covered under the limited lifetime warranty. How do I replace the strap on my Anne Klein Watch?

Where can I get extra links for my watch bracelet?

To request extra links, contact our parts department at productsupport@egluck.com or (866) 631-0342. The first three links are complimentary. For accurate delivery, please be prepared to provide our team with the model number and your mailing address (i.e., 75/XXXXABC).

Visit our manual page and enter the model number found on your watch’s case. You will then be directed to a PDF of the manual for the watch you purchased. 

What is your return policy?

Do you offer watch repair services?

How should I care for my watch?

Treat your watch like jewelry. Avoid exposing it to perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals. For best maintenance, clean it regularly with a treated jewelry cloth.

How Do I Resize My Smartwatch Band?

Turn over the smartwatch and look for arrows on the underside of the links. These arrows show you which way to push the pin out of the link. Use a pin remover tool to push the “hair clip pin” out of the hole on the link’s side. After removing the links, follow these steps in reverse to reassemble the bracelet.
